China Leads The Way In Online

In China they all drive, well fly, around in flying cars while watching TV on a screen implanted on their eyelids, all the time having robots carry out their everyday menial tasks. OK maybe that is a slight exaggeration but they are most certainly ahead of us in technology, internet speed and the way they consume and use the internet and digital media. Taking The Plunge Into The eBay API

Now I must admit I consider myself a pretty technical guy and the more technical knowledge I learn the more it helps me with my job. Internet Ad Spend Outstrips TV

Today is a good day to be working in online advertising, it was announced that online ad spend now accounts for 23.5% of advertising spend overtaking TV for the first time. While this is  great news for anyone working in online its not all good, it is also reported that total ad spend in the UK is down a massive 17%.
No doubt the last 12 months have been tough for us all (especially if you are in TV) but these figures are a positive indication that online is holding its own, and actually still growing.
