Is The Writing On The Wall For Traditional Newspapers!

The latest newspaper circulation figures have been published and they make for sombre reading. The Daily Mail is the only newspaper with a small year on year rise in sales, while the Star is the only other national newspaper who is growing their readership. The Star!!!!!
Even the nations favourite the Sun was down 1.25% when compared to December 2008, the Mirror took a huge hit and was down 9.01%. If the Sun does go the way of the Dodo then think of all those poor page three girls!

Bill Gates Now On Twitter

Bill Gates has now joined Twitter and within 48 hours has rocketed to 267,000 followers and has been added to 8,500 lists. Good stats Bill. You can follow the Microsoft founder here and please note that his account does bare the “Verified” badge so this is the real deal people.

China Leads The Way In Online

In China they all drive, well fly, around in flying cars while watching TV on a screen implanted on their eyelids, all the time having robots carry out their everyday menial tasks. Spotify Cuts Subscription Prices

Spotify has reduced its premium six-month subscription rate for UK users from £9.99 a month to £6.49.
The special deal, which is the result of sponsorship from online car insurance company Swiftcover, runs until Monday 2 November.
Spotify subscribers can listen to songs on their mobiles and free of adverts.
The offer was made available to Spotify users who opted in to receive news of special promotions when they signed up to the service.
Customers can cancel at any time within the six months to return to the ad-funded option.
